Amazing place to stay. Very clean and new. Quiet and close enough to a main strip. We really enjoyed our stay at this one. Hope others can enjoy it to. Great layout.

Peu d'information lors de la réservation, si l'horaire d'entrée avait été indiqué je n'aurai pas réservé (15h30 trop tardif) aucune possibilité de déposer les valises. Contact compliqué (plusieurs mails sans réponse, et le numéro donné du contact pour l'arrivée ne répondait pas non plus il a fallu l'intervention d'une responsable du site de location (MyPlacerent) pour l'avoir. Il est demandé de contacter par Whatsapp?? et si on ne veut pas utiliser cette application ?? Difficiles au début pour avoir les modalités d'entrées. le personnel d'accueil nous fait bien remarquer de libérére l'appartement à 11h mais lui n'est pas très ponctuel ni joignable!! Cherchez l'erreur. Dans l'appartement très impersonnel, 4 chaises sur cinq ne tenaient pas (vis cassées ou manquantes), pas de tire bouchon obligé d'en acheter un. Aucun produit de cuisine présent (huile, vinaigre, sel, poire , sucre etc..). Cet appartement est juste une location, une usine à cash. La prochaine fois je resterai sur des locations Airbnb avec de vrai gens hôte en contact et des appartement qui on une âme. de plus, près de 160€ de plus juste pour passer par votre site, un peu cher. là aussi je ne renouvellerai pas. Nous réservons un appartement à deux chambres pour pouvoir les utiliser; A l'arrivée est indiqué que si deux personnes louent et qu'elles souhaitent utiliser un couchage supplémentaire, une surtaxe sera appliquée??

너무 환타스틱한숙소였습니다. 베니스를 다시 온다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

직원이 너무 친절합니다. 룸 상태는 매우 청결합니다. 방이 두 개이고 더블 침대가 2개입니다. 부엌에는 커피머신과 토스트머신 등 모든 일체 가재도구가 준비되어 있습니다. 그리고 옥상 테라스는 나름 신선하네요. 저희는 겨울이라 올라가서 사진찍고 둘러보기만 했는데 좋은 계절에 오면 테라스에서 커피나 아침을 먹어도 좋을 것 같아요. 참 커피머신에 커피도 제공되고 차도 제공되어서 아주 맛있게 먹었습니다. 아무튼 지금까지 다녀본 아파트먼트 중에서 최고였습니다.

Escapade à Venise

Nous avons passé 4 merveilleuses journées à Venice, l’appartement que nous avions loué était spacieux et très calme ce qui essentiel dans une ville visitée par tant de touristes. Si nous avions une suggestion a faire, améliorer liés articles de cuisine tel que nappe, serviettes de table et un porte savon dans la douche. Ceci dit, l’endroit est mignon et confortable.

It was a pleasant stay in Venice. A top location. Only a few minutes to the next vaporetto station and the highlights in Venice. A nice appartement in a modern style.
