We loved it!

We had a fantastic time in Venice and this hotel was a large part of that. The location is absolutely fantastic and makes it easy to explore Venice to your heart's content. The host was also amazing. Always available to make a recommendation or give a helpful advice. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff/concierge was amazing. He gave great recommendations and was very personable. There was no staff present in the late afternoons or evenings, but it was very easy to come and go regardless and we didn't have any issues that needed attention during those hours, fortunately. We were given excellent instructions regarding how to get from the train station to the hotel and also from the hotel to the airport before we even arrived, thanks to their quick attention to our messages sent to the hotel. The room was pretty and perfect for 3 people and had plenty of space for us and we enjoyed our canal view. Our only real complaint is that the walls are super thin so we did hear our neighbors at night, but this is probably the case with all older buildings.

Host very kind and helpful. He gave us a map and told us the best restaurants to go to. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. You do have to walk a narrow stairway to get up to the hotel but nothing crazy. The only downside is that since the windows open all the way and you are by water there were mosquitos coming into the room. This is understandable but just keep this in mind, maybe bring some repellent. Host was kind enough to let us use the mosquito light plug in to repel them and thankfully was not bit.

Gem in Venice

The service and people who work here are amazing. We had an adorable room right on the canal and loved it!! Would highly recommend for guests that have not been to Venice before, great location. Staff is awesome!

Great hidden gem. 10/10 recommend staying here. Our canal view room was perfect. Decorated in the cutest Venetian style, it has been a highlight of our trip. Front desk is very welcoming.

Perfect Stay

This is a gem of a hotel in a fantastic city. Perfect location for everything you might want to visit in Venice, easy access to Vaporetti, train station and sights. Room is ample and has everything you might need, service is top notch, great recommendations and a very attentive staff. Worth paying a little extra for the canal view, we will return.

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Venice! Location wise it was perfect for getting around and waking up right inside the heart of Venice but slightly away from all the foot traffic. The room was nice and elegant but the best part was our friend working the front desk. He gave us some really great recommendations and helped us when navigating around. It was worth the money and I would stay here again and again!

We loved this little hotel, just steps from a tiny canal. The room and the double bed were small but this is Europe! Not a problem for us. There are cafes everywhere, including near this hotel, and a little gelato shop just over the bridge (30 second walk) we decided to call “Last Chance Gelato” temping us every night on our way back to the hotel for bedtime. This is a simple, safe, clean place to sleep in Venice. Great staff and lovely service. We’d stay again!

The location was perfect, with a great canal view. It was very clean and we'd happily stay here again. The only downside is that you can hear everything; I could hear other guests coughing in their rooms. Other than that, perfect!
