Séjour agréable mais pas parfait

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos deux enfants de 20 et 17 ans. Nous avons été bien accueilli par notre hôtesse. Le logement est très bien situé, en plein centre et la cuisine est suffisamment équipée. Cependant nous avons été surpris par un surcoût de 80 euros car nous sommes arrivés après minuit. Cela n'avait pas été indiqué dans le descriptif. Nous nous attendions à une boîte à clé, ce qui aurait été plus simple et moins cher. Le logement est correct, suffisamment grand. Les matelas sont mous mais ok. Par contre, pourquoi ne pas avoir mis de moustiquaires au dessus 3 lits sachant que l'appartement est infesté de moustiques ? L'eau chaude, il faut batailler, soit trop chaud, soit glacé. Il n'y a pas de chauffage et l'apparterment n'est pas isolé. Cela ne nous a pas trop gêné mais cela ne doit pas être la même chose par températures élevées ou basses.

Sehr stilvolle Wohnung, ideal gelegen jeweils 5 Min zur Rialto Brücke und San Marcus. Ungeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sehr sachkundiger und hilfreicher Empfang. Hinweis: Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist nur über eine mehr als 60-Stufige, SEHR steile Treppe zu erreichen. Menschen mit Knie- oder Hüftgelengproblemen sowie Konditionsproblemen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet.
