"The good thing was it was close to the concert venue and had a lot of concert goers there. Not so good- Tablet check -ins with no explanations. No explanation of how to access the wifi which as not very good, the cable tv stations were lacking. The slanted travel of the elevators were scary. Food prices were high. There was no place to sit if you did not want to gamble. Transportation was expensive. I will not go there again."

"The hotel is nice. The rooms we stayed in were so so. In comparison to the hotel lobby and exterior, it didn’t match up. Plus we had a bad view to the roof of the hotel. We also had a bad experience in that they wanted to charge us for two mini bar items, a lovers kit and some other random alcohol. It was preposterous because A) we were there with our kids, B) we don’t drink, and C) we NEVER use the over priced mini bar items. So either they tried to scam us or the hotel staff stole the products. It was a hassle, but we were able to fix it. But if I wasn’t careful, it would have been an $80 over charge. The pool was nice, but overcrowded on our stay and highly overpriced rental shades for the seats by the pool."
