"I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the desk staff each time I spoke with them. We arrived late in the evening and they were very helpful with out bags and assisting with the heat in our room. The cleaning staff were able to give us new towels the second day and third day as that is all we needed so they didn't need to clean the room until we left. The breakfast was good every day. Thank you."

"I arrived at about 1:30 am after flight and was surprised that there was a line, but the desk person handled it all efficiently. Shuttle was easy to access. Room was quiet (and it was not a quiet weekend, but I was placed on a quieter floor). I enjoyed my room, slept well. It met my needs nicely. "
