Quiet, bright apartment with stunning views in a small village, with WiFi

The apartment is on the second floor of the house 'La Molina', which looks like the prow of a ship into the valley. The rooms are friendly and bright, there is a spacious kitchen and living area with a couch, two bedrooms, a larger one with a double bed and a very small one, also with a double bed, a bathroom and a small balcony. Our guests are able to share about it, the large, tiled roof terrace above. In the studio and in the apartment below live two quiet people. Since May 2016 there is Wi-Fi (WiFi).

Children under 5 years are free of charge. When booking, please only enter the number of guests over 5 and let us know the number of children under 5 in the letter.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Fewo ist sehr gut gelegen, kleiner Supermarkt direkt an der Straße, ebenso die Bushaltestelle. In der KĂŒche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, Das Bett im grĂ¶ĂŸeren Zimmer ist kein Doppelbett, sondern kleiner, fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene zu klein. Im kleineren Zimmer steht ein Einzelbett. Bequeme Betten. Das Beste ist die tolle Aussicht auf das Valle, fast eibe Rundunsicht.

Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer lĂ€sst dich gut verdunkeln, die Betten sind bequem, ruhige Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit fĂŒr Essen in der NĂ€he. Parkplatz ist meist kein Problem. Ein bischen laufen muss man wie ĂŒberall im Tal. Checkin/Out ohne Probleme, vielen Dank !

Zwischen Wandern und Baden

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders gut war die Lage einerseits als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen direkt vor Ort oder mit dem Auto (Bus auch in direkter NĂ€he) und dem Weg zum Strand/Baden andererseits. So sind wir meist erst gewandert und im Anschluss zum Baden an den Strand. Super ist auch die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon, wenn auch meist ziemlich windig. Und direkt an der Straße ist eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wo wir alles Nötige bekommen haben.

Tres bel emplacement Ă  Valle Gran Rey

Bel emplacement au calme pour ce joli logement avec une vue remarquable (tout de mĂȘme un peu entachĂ©es par les fils Ă©lectriques qui passe devant la terrasse) DĂ©coration un peu vieillotte , mais tout est tres propre. Manque un four micro onde et une bouilloire. L'acces est tres raide, comme un peu partout Ă  Valle Gran Rey. Il faur d'abord descendre 50 marches, puis en remonter 16....Il faut ĂȘtre fort pour porter vos lourdes valises si vous en avez. L'immeuble est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©, on entends chaque bruit de pas ou conversation, ou encore porte qui claque des 2 autres locataires permanents de l'immeuble. Lucia pourrait peut ĂȘtre leur en toucher un mot.... Cependant le charme de l'emplacement du logement fait quelque peu oublier ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment.

Si un certains nombre de points positifs sont Ă  mettre en avant tel que propretĂ© des lieux, trĂšs calme, bel environnement, petite Ă©picerie bien fournie situĂ© de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, trĂšs bon accueil et service de la personne de contact (qui ne parle que l'espagnol); de nombreux points sont Ă  corriger dans l'annonce. - Une grande chambre et une trĂšs petite: la petite chambre est tellement petite que l'on ne peut y tenir Ă  2 pour faire du rangement ouchanger de vĂȘtements. - Lits de 200 x 200 dans chaque chambre : en rĂ©alitĂ© 1 lit de 140 x 200 dans la grande et 1 lit de 90 x 200 + 1 lit de 70 X 170 dans la petite. - Buanderie avec lave linge et sĂšche linge : en rĂ©alitĂ© un lave linge d'aspect peu encourageant + des fils pour tendre le linge, le tout situĂ© sur la terrasse du toit commune aux 3 appartements. - Four inutilisable car il n'y a plus de bouton de rĂ©glage de la tempĂ©rature. - Vaisselle en quantitĂ© insuffisante : 5 verres dĂ©pareillĂ©s et 5 assiettes dĂ©pareillĂ©es de chaque sorte, 5 tasses dĂ©pareillĂ©es, idem pour les couverts (pour un appartement pour 4 personnes).

wiedermal sehr zufrieden

wir waren wieder zufrieden, guter Ausblick, gute Betten (zuletzt bemÀngelte Matratze war ausgetauscht), ruhige Lage, Kommunikation, Checkin/Out ohne Probleme. Wlan war gut. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Super wÀre wenn das 2. Schlafzimmer einen besser abdunkelnden Vorhang hÀtte. Ein scharfes Messer wÀre auch gut. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.
