This house consists of two apartments on the first floor, one studio on the second floor and a top level apartment with a big terrace. It is situated in the calm part of La Puntilla beside the banana plantations, about 2 minutes to go far from the beach. The two apartments are spacy, lightful and tasteful equipped. Each has a seperate sleeping room, a big living area with sleep sofa and american kitchen, bathroom. The balcony shows to the banana plantation and the upper valley. International television (Astra) and WiFi are at your disposal

Sehr schönes, großes Appartement. Alles vorhanden. Manchmal abends etwas laut von der nebenliegenden Pizzeria, die aber nie länger als 22.00 Uhr geöffnet hatte. Günstige Lage, zwischen La Playa und Vueltas und nah am Strand.

Lots of space by the sea

Nice and comfy appartment, lots of space, good furniture and bed.(separate, but good matrasses). Lively street where people park and make their phone calls, so don't expect too much silence sitting on the (nice and sunny) balcony. If the appartment above is occupied by noisy people, you won't sleep at night, cause you hear every move. Stove has 2 hot plates (one doesn't work, so only very simple cooking here). Cleaning lady didn't show up after the first week, so no new towels and sheets, something to mention before you check in. Even though we had a great time, location is very good near the sea and shops, nice garden, good restaurants near by.
