In 2022 we combined two apartments into one and completely renovated and re-equipped everything. The apartment is located in the quiet, original district of "La Calera", with views of the mountains and the sea. The building is about 15 meters above a small road on the mountain. You reach the apartment via a staircase with around 80 steps. The climb is worth it: when you reach the top you can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley.
All districts of Valle Gran Rey can be easily reached on foot within 10 to 20 minutes.
Deluxe Suite: Spacious apartment with 2 rooms, approx. 70 sqm. Top equipped. Very large terrace with a large table, chairs and two comfortable loungers with cushions. Sunny terrace with electric awning.
Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality dishes, oven, microwave, large refrigerator (including a large TK compartment), coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Living room with large dining table, high-quality furniture, sofa (can be used as a sofa bed, 1.40 m wide).
Bedroom with large double bed (1.80 m wide); Bed with two very comfortable, high quality mattresses. Desk, large wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower, large vanity with 2 sinks, washing machine.

Luxuriöses Appartement
Die Fotos lügen nicht! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ideal. Die Terrasse ist schön groß. Alles ist in einem super gepflegten Zustand! Die beiden Vermieter Malte und Andreas, die während unseres Aufenthaltes auch vor Ort waren, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein: Es sind 100 Stufen bis zum Appartement!

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Balkon ist riesig. Ausstattung (Geschirr etc.) und Möblierung sind sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist in einem super gepflegten Zustand. Die beiden Vermieter, die selbst in dem Haus wohnen, waren sehr unterstützend und haben unsere Koffer all' die Stufen (es sind viele) hochgetragen! Die Sprachschule, die mein Mann in dieser Zeit besucht hat, liegt praktischerweise ganz nah. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
