Nice place, a little difficult

Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card.

Tanto la Habitación como las instalaciones, muy limpias y Súper ordenadas. El Edificio Smart cuenta con una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés más importantes en Isla Teja y Valdivia, puedes viajar y conocer atractivos turísticos en los alrededores viajando cómodamente en Autobús o puedes rentar un auto. Nuestra Anfitriona Fernanda, es muy profesional y te brinda un excelente servicio y asesoría sobre los alrededores.

El hospedaje es muy bueno, lo recomiendo, pero la comunicación fue pésima, no me contestaron para resolver que el wifi no estaba funcionando. Deberían considerar la importancia de la conexión a internet para los extranjeros y que respondan los mensajes al menos para saber qué ocurre y si se puede solucionar.
