Good hotel, well localised, nice room with view and large space. Good breakfast. I do not like the casino environment but it is isolated. Few little things such as having access to an apple at night or option to make a tea or a coffee in the room are not available. They should improve it.

The best place to see Valdivia's rivers

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. We were on floor number 8 facing the river, beautiful views of the river. Floor number 12 where you have breakfast also had amazing views.

Room with a view

We had a fabulous Sunday night stay at this hotel, on arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful room looking out into the river and hills beyond. Rattan loungers and a table were on our balcony so we could enjoy a drink from the mini bar and watch the sun go down. Great beds, linen and towels, top class hotel which lives up to its name.

Fancy hotel with one huge problem.

Visited Valdivia in the middle of winter, when the temperature was about 0 C. When I arrived, the heat in my room did not work. After a couple hours trying to fix it, I was moved to another room. The heat there was only slightly better, and the room did not reach a comfortable temperature until the middle of the night. I decided to take a shower to warm up, only to find there was no hot water. This was not isolated to my room, a friend in another room on the other side of the building also had no hot water. We were assured that the problem would be fixed right away, but the second night there was again no hot water, and we left the following morning. This is a very beautiful, modern hotel, with nice rooms and amenities. But none of that matters if the hotel doesn't have hot water.

We spent only one night here and it happen to be some sort of Valdivia anniversary and rap/rock bands were playing from the time we arrived until 1 am. Our room was facing the band and spectators and it was so noisy that you could not even dream of sleeping. After 11 pm we complained and the hotel switched us to a room on the other side of the building.

Great hotel, on the riverside, great views

I've stayed at the hotel both for work reasons, and with family. Rooms are great, confortable pillows, and high quality conforter Rooms have views to the river and a terrace. The hotel is located downtown in a safe location. The swimming pool is great for the family, they really enjoy it, and it also has a great view. Downstairs there's Gohan, a japanese fusion restaurant which is quite good. So overall great experience, and a recommended stay. The breakfast buffet is quite good too.

Extremely nice hotel. Rooms were very modern and included a wonderful breakfast. Staff was very helpful and there is a nice club on the top floor and the hotel has its own casino as we'll. will definitely stay here again when visiting Valdivia!

Great hotel!

Great location and views from the balcony. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. The only issue was that the hot mixer in the shower didn't seem to work very well so it fluctuated between extremely hot and fairly cold but overall very pleased with out stay. Would definitley recommend it!

Center Location

Perfect Location just steps from the fish market where you can watch sea lions and about 10 min away from the Kunstman Brewery. The hotel has a great spa with indoor pool and sauna after going away for the day on the boats to watch some of the nearby scenery.
