lovingly furnished apartment, in a prime location. The kitchen is new and equipped with all important utensils. Microwave, steam cooker, toaster, Nespresso and filter machine, dishwasher, dishes and pots, all new. There is a new washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen dining u. Living area is kept open and bright. The bed and the sofa are very, very high quality and comfortable. There are two FlatTVs in the living and Bedroom, both with cable connection. You have your own internet in the entire apartment free of charge. From the balcony, which is directly adjacent to the park opposite, you have a small lake view. The house is on a large plot of land and a private road leads directly to the underground car park from which you have direct access to the apartment. In the neighboring building there is a small supermarket, hairdresser and coffee. It takes about 5 minutes to walk along the lake, from there, along the lake promenade to the town, the nearest bus stop is about 100m away. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Die Wohnungsbeschreibung des Vermieters hielt dem Augenschein nicht stand. Bett und Sofa waren alles andere als hochwertig. In Gegenteil. das Sofa und die Kissen hätten dringend eine Reinigung gebraucht. Die Küchenausstattung war teilweise rudimentär, billigste Töpfe, zum Kochen ungeeignet. Die Waschmaschine war nicht zu benutzen, da die Bedienungsanleitung fehlte und sie mit Wäsche gefüllt war. Überlingen besuchen wir immer gerne wieder gerne, allerdings nicht diese Wohnung.
