Modern apartment in the heart of the historic old town of Überlingen. A 5-minute walk from Lake Constance, renovated and comfortably furnished. A great vacation home in a historic half-timbered house typical for this area. Move in and simply feel at home! :)

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove with ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine (a filter coffee machine is also available on request - please let us know when you arrive) and all the usual kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, cutlery, cups, plates and glasses. You will also find washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge, kitchen towels, bin liners and an initial supply of kitchen roll (Zewa).
