Great location and amazing condo!

The condo was clean, spacious, and SO close to the beach! The location was everything. Also close to many bars and restaurants. We especially loved having the dehumidifier and box fan in the condo! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect condo!

This condo is lovely! Everything is very well though out…really didn’t have to pack anything extra beyond my personal belongings for a couple of days stay. Location can’t be beat in regards to the beach, and restaurants/ shopping walking distance. Will definitely rent from Amber again if back in the area.

Came for a quick weekend and the location was great for beach access. Walked everywhere except for store. Communication was great too!

Great Location!

We were in Tybee for the weekend with our one year old. The property was exactly as pictured, clean, and a perfect location near the beach. The storage unit had everything you would need, including a wagon. There were walkable restaurants, but other restaurants weren’t far (a 5-10 min drive). I would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again in the future!

Simple family beach vacation

Great stay at sandy toes tybee island. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and was extremely well stocked in terms of linens, bathroom supplies, kitchen items, etc. Plenty of supplies for the beach, including a handy wagon. We had a chance to meet the owner when she was turning over the adjacent unit. She was absolutely lovely and so attentive to ensuring we had everything we needed. Definitely would return.

We booked the day before our stay and Amber was amazing giving us all the information in a super short notice. The condo was super stocked with everything we needed above and beyond. This is the difference between a rental company and a private owner. The garage locker of beach equipment was huge even though we brought our own. Extra sunscreen, little things as q-tips, aloe and a ton of coffee pods she thought of it all. By far the best host I’ve seen via VRBO. We’ve booked over 30 trips. Would highly recommend any of their properties. We had a fun 5 days, thanks so much for helping us last minute. We will definitely be back.

Doin' It Right - Tybee Style

This was an amazing stay; easily one of the best we have encountered. This location and host live up to and far exceed the pics and descriptions. Immacuately clean, stylishly designed and overabundantly equipped, this rental is legit. Check in and communication with host was lightning fast, courteous and beyond simple. This stay was just me and my daugthter and her friend, and the location and layout could not have been better. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping, and the beach was essentially less than a crosswalk away. Perfect environment for a family stay. My only hesitation about posting how great this place is is that it might be booked up the next time we want to use it, and we will definitley be back. Thank you, Amber!!!

Amazing Stay!

The host Amber was incredible! Our son is about to deploy in a week and wanted to get away for the weekend and get in as many hugs as possible and this place was exactly as stated and amazing to work with! This place does not disappoint. It was quite yet we were right near downtown and restaurants to walk to as well as the beach was right there! Amber THANK YOU!!!!!
