The Space:
The studio is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuxtla Gutierrez, you will be fascinated and comfortable with the characteristics and accessibility of the neighborhood. We are close to La Fuente, one of the points of interest in the city center.
We have the perfect location if you plan to visit the Sumidero Canyon and the attractions of the city and Chiapas.

In order to provide you with a comfortable, safe, and pleasant experience, we would like to inform you that our housekeeping team will carry out daily maintenance of the accommodation throughout your stay, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., always aiming to cause the least possible disruption. The cleaning service takes approximately 30 minutes. Kindly note that this daily housekeeping service is mandatory, in accordance with our internal protocols and for hygiene reasons.

Guest Access:
The space is fully equipped with the amenities required to make the best of your stay. Ask for parking availability if required. The Internet and cable work perfectly in case you have to work or do Home Office. We provide sheets and blankets, towels, basics, and consumer products such as drinks and food to make you feel at home.

We are located in a tropical area, and as such, it is occasionally possible to encounter small visitors, such as insects an inherent part of the charm of being so close to nature.
