Noise from the freeway and from the construction on the road out front. Night desk agent couldn't find my reservation even though I had a copy of the confirmation and had Orbitz call him while I was standing there. Took 45 min to get checked in. Very thick accent - difficult to understand what he was saying. I was helping "translate" for another guest as they checked in. I requested a quiet room on the 2nd floor. That would have meant a room in the back away from the freeway and street. But I was given a room in the front, near the lobby. I appreciated the coupon to Denny's next door, and I used it. The room itself was wonderful - very modern with a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and air conditioner. The light around the mirror was a nice touch. Also, the showerhead was high on the wall - great for taller people. Also appreciated all the shelves in the shower. The morning desk agent found my reservation with no problem, and he honored the rate I got from Orbitz. That was very nice. Would stay again if my room is in the back where it's quiet.

The staff is very nice, I’ve been here twice now. Price is good and the rooms are kept in good condition with simple yet clean facilities/amenities. The AC is also affected and not mildew smelling from the inside. Thank you team! Parking is free and the security deposit is $50 so they don’t take the normal $150-500 deposit. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

When I arrive and seen the place I was impressed I wasn't expecting it to look that nice the pictures I seen on their internet doesn't do much Justice for what it really looks like. When I went in and talked to the receptionist she was very friendly kind and funny she made me feel welcome as if we were friends she had a great personality. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. it's a five star hotel for a decent price
