Not a good experience.

Checked in on the app. That part was great. Room was nice and cool but the rest of the hotel was Hot and uncomfortable. Our King bed had a queen fitted sheet on it that was not acceptable. I went to the desk and they offered me the correct sheets so we had to change them ourselves. Tried using the outdoor grill by the pool but they are garbage. I guess we should have heckled them before buying food. App key only worked part of the time. Door going out to pool didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. No water available and waffle mix was thick and not pourable. Very sloppy. Overall not a good experience.

The hotel itself was good and clean. The bedding was different for the life of me could not figure out the sheets system alone with the sheets being rough I finally called housekeeping to come in and make the beds, change out the towels, bring more toilet paper and empty the trash. Was disappointed that the ice machine on our floor was broken so did without. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was nice and clean.

It was clean, but other than that, it needed a bunch of TLC. The water was very slow draining from the bath tub, you was standing in 6 inches of water after a short shower, it was that slow. Furniture was very worn. Swimming pool water was cloudy, not appealing. Breakfast was not as good as many of the other Homewood Suites I have stayed at.

It was a good location, easy to find, only thing that was they had just painted on the second floor and the smell was so strong. We traveled with 5 children including our 8 month old and just would have appreciated being put on a different floor or part of the hotel that didn’t smell so strong of paint. The pool and basketball court was great for the kids so it was overall good and we enjoyed our trip to the aquarium which is why we traveled to this area.

Basic hotel, excellent customer service.

Homewood Suites Tulsa South (Broken Arrow) was just a fine place to sleep. It is very outdated, which gave the impression that the cleanliness might be questionable. Everything in the rooms is butter yellow—even the lighting, which created a dingy cast over everything. The pool was green and cloudy. The lobby seemed to be updated, but nothing else. The warm breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, I wouldn’t return, but it wasn’t the worst place.

The staff was great and the overall property was very nice. My first room, (yes, first) the toilet barely worked and the cover over the ceiling fan that covers the wires, had come off. It looked a little precarious. I was moved to another room and a chunk of the padding from the back of the desk chair was missing. Fortunately, I was there for only one night.

Stealing my money

I need a refund I paid for the room and on your end the credit card wasn't working whatever card hotels.com used it didn't work this was literally the 3rd time u guys have stolen my money and put a card in file that doesn't work I got kicked out of one hotel and the others called the police on me and today I had to leave again I want a refund of all my stays now
