The hotel looked nothing like the photos. The room had a odor that never went away. The shower nozzle leaked so had to hang a towel around it to keep the water from running out of the shower curtain. The cleaning staff was nice and came everyday of our 6 day stay. There is an subway in the main office which was nice we ate there twice. You can not bring any of the breakfast items to your room so you have to eat in the dining room in front of everyone else eating breakfast which was a first time in all my hotel experiences.

First, I need to praise the front desk operator Brooke and the maintenance man for their excellent customer service, professionalism and kindness shown to our family. The gentleman that worked the morning shift 9/13/25 should be fired for the way he handled and spoke to my family members that only asked for towels, and a clean room. He went as far as to walk away while she was trying to talk with him. The room I stayed in the tub was filthy. I had to lay a towel in the tub to shower. Oh, and the prostitution and pimps turning tricks in plain site. Just simply awful.

The Nite desk Man was about as hateful and rude as possible, and then scammed me for another hundred dollars so I would have a room. And at 8 o’clock in the morning, the maid was knocking and beating on the door to come in and clean while I’m sleeping check out time was at 11

Make customers miserable

The lady at the front desk was very rude i pd for my room online so my 80 yr old mother was going to put up the $50 deposit but the person did not let her so i had to goto atm put the mo ey on my debit card went back she then stated that my id and debit cards didnt match i explained to her i was recently married and that i had a copy of my marriage license but she refused to let me stay and i lost he money i pd online it was non refundable. So if theres a short women with white hair run the hell away
