Poor service, unclean rooms, no towels, everything was dirty and mold on the walls. The faucet in the shower would almost g all off when you turned the shower on. Worst conventional breakfast. Girl took a towei to clean up water around the eggs then she wiped the floor to clean up the water and used the same towel on the floor and wipped off the egg and sausage containers. Everything was out of order or nothing in there to use or eat with. It took over an hour to check in. The girl was so slow.when there are no more people staying at a hotel they need to be cleaning everything.

Room very small, very tired and not very clean. Thick dust and grease ontop of wall mounted hairdryer, bed very over used had to turn mattress which helped very slightly. Door damaged and not able to use security lock from inside. Hand wash sink dirty with previous occupancy hair and tiles in bathroom at floor level coming away from wall. All in all a very disappointing experience for the cost

The room was terrible, the lights in the bathroom were not working, the carpets were very dated and dirty. The bed was so old that there were lumps in it. The smoke alarm was in the drawer next to the bed instead of on the wall where it is legally supposed to be

Lightbulbs missing form lamps, pillows felt like a bag of cotton balls, one towel and front desk said there were no more clean towels to give out (motel was pretty empty) mattress felt like we were sleeping on a pizza box, the shower never got warm and the water just barely drizzled, the room was filthy like it hadn’t had a decent cleaning in years, the area where they offer free breakfast was so dirty - tables were covered in trash and sticky syrup and only 45 min into the breakfast hours there was no food left.

It was very quiet. The room needs a severe overhaul. Paint chipping, funky smell, mold on the ceiling in the shower area, broken outlets, rolling chair needs to be replaced. Water pressure and temp were excellent on the shower but that leads to the moisture bill up which is causing the mold. Walls in need of a new paint job. Needs a major overhaul

Unfortunately, this property does not look anything like the pictures. Not maintained at all. Doors did not close properly allowing for bugs to be in room, we were given a smoking room which was not what I requested, the bedding was old and had holes in it, the rooms were not clean, rug in the room was torn, the pool was not open or in a safe space. We were given two small pillows and two towels for the stay. The weirdest thing was when we checked in the door to our room was wide open to the outside which felt like someone was in the room. The only two good points were the woman that worked at the front desk was very kind and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunate for the brand it was a real turn off for future bookings.

The location was good for our stay but the room was very dirty and not well maintained. Walls, floors and appliances were not at all clean. The bed was comfortable and seemed cleaned we did not look too close due to the obviously visual issues but slept well.
