The staff was really pleasant and didn't hesitate to find answers to questions or needs. They all work together and help each other without hesitation and really like their jobs. Will recommend to my cousins who spend the winter down the road.

The food was incredible at their restaurant! Delicious! Keith was our server/bartender and he was phenomenal, so personable and professional! We did have a small issue with one of our rooms and it was handled immediately. Excellent customer service! Super clean too!

This stay was below average. The room seemed dirty and so were the sheets. No one picked up to answer the front desk phone when I tried to alert the staff about the issue. I will not be staying here again when I fly into Tucson. Luckily I was only there for a night and wasn’t forced to stay any longer. I would appreciate some sort of restitution or explanation from the staff.

Great Hotel Near the Airport

Great hotel, very close to the airport but NO airplane noise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet is a little $$, but the menu items aren't bad. Good responsive airport shuttle. Would definitely stay again.
