The rooms were not very clean and the blow dryer did not work. Toilet kept getting stuck and had to have it fixed twice during a 2 night stay. Water in the shower never gets fully hot; only luke warm, however the sink gets hot but never cold. Breakfast is a voucher for 5 options but other items are additional charges.

Staff grumpy and 4 hours to acknowledge a broken A/C unit. B stated maybe they could get service the next day. No offer to change rooms. No offer for any discount for room with no a/c and no assurance of repair. Left day early and lost cost of room.

I say average by the standards of today. By the standards of say the previous century it would be appalling. Thingsdidn't work - like the Jacuzzi pool. No bubbles, no jets. I noticed reviews from three years ago saying the same. Upholstery on chair peeling off- same in other reviews. I don't believe Best Western is interested in keeping up on these things. Staff was friendly but not enough of them. No one showed up to clean the room till we were checking out. But these sort of thing are industry wide. We live in a time where there's no thought of decent accommodations for this price range. One of these days this current generation of consumers is going to realize how very poorly they're being treated.

We paid for a room with a view of the pool and when I opened up the drapes on the 1st floor there was a 4 ft sidewalk and then a 10’ hedge. Where was the pool view?

Guests are given a voucher every morning that covers a nice variety of breakfast options. It is cooked to order. Staff was great. Cleanliness was spotty. There is a great deal of construction on the property, making things dusty, and blocking the elevators to many rooms. At least 2 dozen bathtubs in the parking lot sitting next to the dumpster and taking up multiple spaces. Our room had been "renovated" - new floor and walk in shower. That's all that was renovated. We unplugged the old mini refrigerator because of the noise. Don't know if the microwave worked - there was no clock showing. There was no desk chair so we asked about one. We were given a chair from the office that had a broken arm. We returned it. Noisy neighbors late at night sitting by the pool. Noisy neighbors at 6 in the morning (breakfast started at 6:30). We have stayed at this motel probably 10 times. I'm not sure there will be a next time.

This is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The individuals at the front desk and every other staff member we passed were friendly and ready to assist us. Our room had been remodeled and so the floors and bath were all very modern and new. The rooms have individual air/heaters and small refrigerators, microwaves. The only small complaints we had were- there is no place to store our shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the shower. Everything must sit on the floor. The made to order breakfast was great, just don't order the hash browns.
