Mountain Family Room

On a trip to the mountains, you can't beat the convenience of slope side access if a family member needs to swap a pair of gloves quickly, grab a snack, or take a call. The Mountain Family Room is just steps from the lifts, with incredible views of Mt Disney and Crows Peak. A sweeping balcony runs along the hotel's upper floor, just outside your room. It's the perfect place to watch your friends and family skiing down Mount Disney all day long.

The Mountain Family Room is our premiere offering for your family of four or a small group. The room has recently been remodeled with a modern alpine feel and is comfortably furnished with one queen bed and a twin bunk bed.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

HOTEL ROOMS

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, guests forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to:

**Christmas and NYE Holidays (December 15, 2023 - January 06, 2024)
**MLK Weekend (January 12, 13, 14, 2024)
**President's Weekend (February 16, 17, 18, 2024)
**Ski Week and Weekend (February 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 2024)

HOMES

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less prior to the arrival dates, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to:

**Christmas and NYE Holidays (December 15, 2023 - January 06, 2024)
**MLK Weekend (January 12, 13, 14, 2024)
**President's Weekend (February 16, 17, 18, 2024)
**Ski Week and Weekend (February 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 2024)

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, SHORTENING OF STAYS OR NO SHOWS. ALSO, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ROAD CONDITIONS OR WEATHER.

Cancellations within our cancellation period due to but not limited to weather, road closures, flight cancellations or health / medical reasons may not result in a refund. To allow our guests to travel with peace of mind we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
