Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite.

Beautiful unit

We stayed in a three-bedroom unit and it was spectacular! The only downside is that we were there between seasons and there was only one or two places in the village that were open for business.

Disappointing stay

We’ve stayed here before so maybe we had high expectations again. The elevator was broken the evening we checked in & going up 5 flights of stairs was a lot with a special needs kid. The manager, David was very kind though and it was fixed later on that night. Also, the hot tub was down - that is the main reason we stay there, the room condition is definitely worn. The primary shower just sprayed everywhere and only from the ceiling so kind of annoying if you don’t want to get hair wet. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable I opted for sleeping on the floor. Again, lovely hotel - but for the price we expect everything to be working. We had asked for a late check out (30min) & they called us after 20… they also had sent a text asking us to remove the sheets, empty the garbage, run the dishwasher and place all towels in the bathroom. Definitely an odd request since we are literally paying for housekeeping. Not sure we will stay here again because of lack of transparency and run down.
