This boutique hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly check in was quick and we had private secured parking for our car on the premises. The hotel is stunning with an amazing pool and deck chairs allocated to your room number. Breakfast was scrumptious all cooked by Nonna and the service was wonderful. I totally recommend it one of the best hotels I stayed at .

This is the most beautiful hotel in Tropea. With only 10 rooms, it feels like the perfect boutique hotel to stay in on vacation. Staff are beyond excellent, and the location is quiet and only a few minutes to the centro.

What a beautiful property, with a lovely pool area, and buffett breakfast with coffee baristas, and hot egg dishes on request. I'm guessing the breakfast room doubles as a bar for the pool. Entire property looks brand new.

The staff at Sui Generis are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are modern and clean. We enjoyed drinks by the pool before going out for dinner. And the breakfast was delicious with many options. A big plus was the private parking. Would highly recommend!

Without question our favorite and best value hotel of our 18 day visit all over the south of Italy. We loved Rocco and Anna at the front desk who are so friendly and helpful. Giovanni and master baker Manuela run a fantastic breakfast buffet and cafe. Beautiful grounds and stylish rooms make this the complete package.

We travelled throughout Italy for 6 weeks and stayed in a lot of nice places. Sui Generis was the best of all places we stayed. The staff were excellent. They were always friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions or give helpful tips. Free, easy parking in a place where parking can difficult to find. Breakfast was fresh and almost like being in an a la carte restaurant. Compliments to the chef for the delicious cakes and pastries made fresh every day. The rooms were spacious and decorated well for the property. If I were to stay in Tropea again it would be at the Sui Generis.
