They have a large suite with 2 Queen and 1 sofabed, very convenient as we had a family trip and stopped 1 night. Hotel needs updates, but facility is very clean and right off I-25, staff very friendly.

We had ants in bed. Dead ants on window sill. Food from previous visitors in fridge. We only needed to stay one night which was enough. The flooring around pool isn't comfortable to walk on. It feels like you're stepping on Legos. I understand the reason, which is to prevent slipping but still doesn't feel good

The staff was great. The location was great. There was only a $20 per fee. The bed linens were nice. The beds were not firm but were comfortable. The frig was a nice size, more medium than small. The A/C was off when we checked in and took awhile to cool down. The lighting was very dim in the bedroom but exceptional in the bathroom. It was great for our one night stay. The facility was generally outdated. Our room was right by outside exit and the key entry was broken so that was al little disturbing.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I’d choose it over the Holiday Inn across the street every time I stay in Trinidad now. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

Bed was comfortable enough. Sheets and other bedding were in great condition. The bathroom was clean. The room was warm, however. Didn’t get a good night’s sleep because it was so warm. The air conditioner just could not cool down the room sufficiently. Breakfast was adequate. Main complaint is that the security seemed poor. When we reported that the side door was not locked when we checked in at night, we were told that only the back doors lock and require a key card. EXCUSE ME? In my own opinion (and my husband’s who reported the door) the only door that one can walk through freely should be the FRONT door, where you obtain your key. This is a very tired establishment—dark, in need of fresh paint, fans mounted in hallways (the halls are very warm), chair in our room was so covered in stains that I refused to sit on it. It needs a complete redo.

Really, the round abouts getting into it are a challenge, and all the dining except Walmart is on the other side of I25. But the staff was great, the room was what I needed, and the breakfast a nice surprise. A good one.

Great place!!

Our stay was enjoyable. Even though there were plenty of rooms, the hotel was very quiet. It was very clean, you could tell by the fresh scent. Check-in was easy too. If you're looking for a clean affordable place to stay, then this Quality Inn is the place for you!!
