un peu cher pour la prestation

170 €/nuit : un peu cher pour la prestation. L'appartement est très bien situé dans l'hyper centre de Trikala avec accès aux commerces dès la sortie de l'immeuble. L'immeuble et l'appartement sont dans leur jus dans le style année 80. L'appartement est grand avec 3 chambres sur 4 donnant sur un balcon. Une chambre est par contre sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Il y a la climatisation uniquement dans 3 chambres ce qui fait que l'appartement est très chaud en été même si vous faites communiquer les chambres avec le reste de l'appartement, d'autant plus qu'à notre arrivée la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire le jour suivant pour faire la maintenance, les filtres étaient complètement encrassés ! Quelques compléments d'info : pas d'eau chaude avant de comprendre qu'il faut mettre mettre soit même en route le boiler. propreté moyenne. une odeur acre dans les toilettes douche à l'arrivée. Cuisine peu équipée. Nos correspondantes sont très disponibles et répondent vite à nos questions et ont fait faire la maintenance de la climatisation en moins de 4 h.
