"Room was a good size and very clean and modern. Let down is noise from the street even on the top floor, couldn’t control the room temperature, and feather pillows were unbearable to sleep on. Breakfast is super busy with limited seating but was ok given it’s an inclusion rather than extra cost. Location is close enough to walk to tourist activities. Housekeeping is every second day which we were not told at checkin and heaped our towels on floor the first morning. Came back to the room at 14:30 to this and asked if we could get towels by the evening. Came back to room at 18:30 and still not done. “It’s on the list for housekeeping” is what we were told. This was ridiculous given it was four hours later and we needed towels for showers."
