The facility is right on the bay with great views. Excellent hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the restaurant options and menus looked very good. The location is perfect to walk through downtown with many dining options within a 15 minute walk. Our only complaints are that valet parking is the only option available and our room didn't get cleaned during our stay (we didn't complain, but it would have been nice to have fresh soap and towels).

Room was not clean. A clump of hair in the shower drain upon check in, food leftovers in the fridge from the previous guest, and the bathroom floors were so sticky our shoes would stick to them. We stayed for 2 nights and asked for a room cleaning after the first night, due to the conditions, but no one ever came. We ordered pizza the second night of our stay and ate it in our room. We asked the front desk for some napkins or plates and they said they couldn’t help us with anything (there’s a restaurant / bar in the lobby). We’ll be staying elsewhere on our next trip to traverse city. Very disappointing for how much we paid to stay here.

Awesome views and location. Fun rooftop bar. Really good food and bar service. 3rd floor east end of property had bad smell in hallway that was never addressed by staff. No one even said they were working on it. Other than that everything else was good. Valet parking was easy.
