The only I didn't give a 5 star review was because the rooms were needing some upgrades. The shower ceiling had some rust on it. Hopefully some renovations get done soon so the hotel continues to get good reviews. This is the second time we have stayed here and will continue to stay when in Traverse City. The breakfast was great, hotel lobby very cozy, nice pool and hot tub, nice staff and very clean! And there is coffee and cookies in the lobby!

The hotel was very nice in looks and staff. Our room was great, it had almost a little lobby sitting room with French doors before the bedroom, which had a fireplace and hot tub. It was nice to be able to close the French doors and not hear any guest noise or staff in the morning. We missed breakfast and the pool but the pool looked good. My only complaint was the chlorine smell was a little intense in the lobby but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!
