Amazing Condo on Front street. Perfect for a couple. Multiple restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops within walking distance.Perfect location.Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice get away.Condo was very clean and spacious.

Great location

The apartment was great, you are close to everything! The bed was very comfortable. However, the stairs can be brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage, little children or any mobility issues.

Great getaway

We traveled up to Traverse City for a quick few days. The apartment was a lovely hub for us to travel around the area and experience what it has to offer. The apartment was clean, central, and easy to navigate.

Wonderful place and great location! The condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The management company did a great job at communicating check in and parking instructions. The bottle of wine was a nice welcome too. We’ll definitely be back!

TC Get Away

Really enjoyed the location and amenities this unit offers and would definitely stay again. Very clean, bright, large bathroom, well appointed kitchen including basic herbs/spices if you wanted to cook, up to date appliances and enjoyed the welcome wine left for us.

What a get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. This condo was perfect. It sits in the center of it all . My wife and I walked everywhere we wanted to go. Nice little walk down to the Marina and several restaurants in the area. We definitely will be coming back.

Perfect Location

This place was the perfect location in downtown Traverse City. My husband and I were able to park the car, and walk to several restaurants and shops. The condo was as pictured! It was clean, and offered enough space for the two of us. It was a nice place to retreat to after busy day exploring the city. The check-in process was easy, and the host was great!

Gorgeous Get Away

The location was absolutely perfect, the selection of TC hotels around the downtown area is slim, and I couldn't be happier that we decided to try VRBO as an alternate!! The location of the condo was perfect, easy walking to everything downtown, including the parking ramp that was included in the rental (great bonus to not have to pay for parking!!). The space is gorgeous, well appointed, very comfortable, and Katie with the Golden Swan made everything very easy. Would love to stay here again!!

Great location!

Great location! Spacious, modern unit. View (alley) is not wonderful, but not too important. Needs a new mattress. Make sure to get BOTH the codes for exterior & interior doors before you arrive.

Great place, close to everything!

We arrived on Sunday, parked our car and didn't move it until we left Tuesday! This loft was amazing. Great space for my husband and I. There was a bottle of wine left for us when we arrived, the place was clean and the communication was great. The included parking place was a HUGE bonus. This place is very close to some amazing restaurants and adorable shops. As others stated, the stairs to the loft are quite steep, Just FYI. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

A great little place in Traverse City

This apartment was fantastic. Centrally located, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. It made our short stay in Traverse City wonderful. The only small downside to the place is that it is very noisy. The walls are quite thin and noise travels easily. This is easy enough to work around by bringing a white noise machine or ear plugs, but is something to consider. All in all, I'd highly recommend this stay!

Review

Great apartment, tastefully decorated and clean. There was no tv in the bedroom. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there was a lot of noise from the alley day and night. The apartment is on the alley but the noise is not the apartment owners fault.
