Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable staying longer. Overall experience: 1/10. Would not recommend.

La comunicación con el personal del hotel. Costaba mucho contactarles y no se comunicaban bien en Inglés o Español. Además en la descripción indica que disponen de parking cerca de las instalaciones, y era un parking privado de pago, a 10 minutos andando del hotel. Y para acceder al parking había que contactar con el hotel, y muchas veces no respondían.

Ce n'est pas un "appartement" c une simple chambre. La localisation est bien centrale mais la chambre en soi a besoin d'un coup de rénovation : joints noircis, carrelage taché, ça ne donnait pas très envie de prendre une douche. Cependant, les draps étaient propres et c'est le plus important.

J’ai été très déçu par mon séjour. À mon arrivée, j’ai dû me rendre à une autre adresse pour récupérer la carte d’entrée de la chambre, sans avoir été prévenu de cette démarche, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. La chambre était sale à mon arrivée, la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit et le volet roulant ne fonctionnait qu’une fois sur deux. La porte coulissante de la salle de bain se coinçait régulièrement et le lit était vraiment inconfortable. De plus, la chambre était censée être insonorisée, mais on entendait tout le bruit de la rue ainsi que ceux provenant des chambres voisines, comme la douche par exemple. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience n’était pas du tout à la hauteur du prix.

La chambre était plutôt sale(miettes par terre). Il n'y avait pas de shampooing / gel douche, la bouteille était vide. Les couverts, assiettes, verres pas propre également vu qu'il n'y a pas de produit vaisselle. La porte du frigo est cassé. On a retrouvé du pain dur dans une casserole posé sur l'aspirateur. Mis à part cet aspect de propreté la chambre était bien, l'isolation acoustique est excellente, on avait une vue sur rue donc très bruyante et une fois la fenêtre fermée on n'entendait plus rien. La clim est également un gros plus même si elle n'est pas très puissante. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, proche du centre.
