We had an amazing nights stay. The hotel is so unique, a real sanctuary! Fantastic views of Vesuvius and also the sea from breakfast. The rooms are decorated in keeping with the history of the building but with a modern and inventive twist. The breakfast was very nice too. But to top all of this, was the most helpful and friendly service from Fabio, which really made our stay.

Great location near the base of Mount Vesuvius located in between Herculaneum and Pompeii so if you wanted to do both you can. Great service excellent breakfast and very relaxing. We had a wonderful time there. Very peaceful if looking to getaway from the normal grind.

My new favorite place to stay. Very beautiful, clean, quiet and staff is very friendly. Antonio, Fabio and Adi are very nice and helpful. They gave us great recommendations where to go and where to eat. Highly recommended place to stay.

We really enjoyed the staff here as they were always asking how our excursions went and if we didn't have anything planned, they'd be happy to set something up for us. We got a tour of the property and the gardens when we arrived. Super quiet and relaxing place to stay!

Oh my word, where do I start? Antonio and Pasquale were so helpful and arranged the most perfect trip for my sister, mother and I. My mother is disabled, but they arranged a private tour with Giuseppe and Daniel that made her dream of seeing Pompeii so wonderful. Breakfast every morning in this beautiful palazzo was delicious. Each room had gorgeous tile floors, mini fridges, patios, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. I felt like a princess. Antonio takes great care of you and Pasquale is so kind and thoughtful. You can drive anywhere as it is centrally located to Naples, Pompeii, Capri, and the Almafi coast! I recommend this property highly. I have not rested so peacefully in my life.

My husband and I stayed at Villa de Cillis Carafa for one night as we drove from Napoli to Bari. We stayed in a premium room and it was beautiful. The decor and furniture were gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable, the sitting area was lovely and the bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower. The breakfast was abundant with everything we could want. There were cereals, pastries, yogurt, eggs, meat/cheese and fruit. And of course any type of coffee was offered. This hotel is more of a manor home than an ordinary hotel so you will find it very attractive and inviting. The grounds were also very nice. It is located only about 20 minutes outside the city and was very convenient to all the sites in the area. Antonio took very good care of us and offered wonderful hospitality. The view from the terrace was gorgeous. We could see Capri and Mount Vesuvius. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Villa to anyone in the Napoli area.

Pompeii trip

This place is a hidden gem. It’s located just about 10 minutes from Pompeii and close to Naples. It’s located on a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast is included and Antonio is an excellent host. Definitely highly recommended. 😀

Our stay at the Villa De Cillis Carafa was one of the highlights of our trip. We had the most beautiful room with French doors opening out to a private terrace that had views of the sea in the distance. I felt like royalty! The Villa is owned and operated by the most gracious family that even includes a sweet, fluffy, white dog. Breakfasts were delicious! We didn't have a car which made life a little more difficult for us but Antonio went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation.
