Bad start, great place

Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different access code hid away in the property app, somewhere it shouldn't have been, luckily it gave us access. It took until 9.30 for the management team to contact me with that piece of information. Other than that hiccup had a fantastic time, great location, clean, very comfortable, came with everything we needed.
