Super Quiet and Central, in the Famous Kensington Market

Renting out the top floor - 3 bedrooms - shared kitchen and Amenities on main floor. Sublet or year lease - I split my time between living on Toronto Island and staying downstairs this cozy little house in the city. The house is in a super-quiet cul-de-sac right in the heart of Kensington Market — super central. 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom but you have the whole house – Laundry – Dishwasher - Central air conditioning - lots of butchers, bakers, cheesemongers, restaurants, bars - the best neighbourhood. My fabulous 18 year old Niece will be living in the basement.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a dryer.
