I was so very pleasantly suprised at the clean, nicwly presented hotel, inside and out. Very friendly staff and a really nice room with 2 complimentary waters which were appreciated The bathroom was modern and clean, offering qtips and face scrub pads. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.

This is a nice, clean hotel that was recently renovated. I stay there on business trips, but have also stayed there with my wife when we have been visiting Toronto. Virtually at the corner of the 427 and the QEW highways.

The hotel looked nice in the pictures, but in reality, it was smaller and not as clean as expected. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t seem welcoming. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my stay and think the hotel could improve both cleanliness and customer service.

Deceptively good hotel

A breakfast where you had acambled eggs and beans. Room was modern classy and really clean. Staff were fanstastic, rooms were brilliant, much bstter than the other hotels outside of downtown.
