Very poor service. I had booked a reservation a week ago , I come to check in and the guy at the front desk had let me know that my room wasn’t available because the previous guest had never checked out. The rooms that he was offering me was not going to accommodate my stay with my family. Over all very disappointed in that hotel and would not recommend.

We indicated that we will be checking in late and even called them just to make sure that someone will be in the reception area to help us with checking in. However, the guy at the reception area was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. He never smiled and keeps on rushing us to make the deposit when we were still trying to recall the pin for our credit cards because apparently, their terminals won’t allow transactions through tap. Mr receptionist, you are not the only one tired, if you cannot greet your customers with smile when you are tired or rushing, please don’t work in the hospitality industry. Also the room was not cleaned properly.
