Great place to stay
Traveling with my husband and 2 teenagers. The room was clean and offered a nice little nook area that my kids were able to get some work done while on our trip. The bed and bedding were so comfortable, we truly enjoyed our stay. The only things we: since the hotel is new the TV was not set up yet so we had to wait for someone to be able to get to it and then wait for the set up, but staff were nice and it got done. Also the building is under construction but we didn't hear any work being done so it didn't impact us at all. We were only given a couple of towels but since we weren't staying long it didn't impact us and I'm sure they would have given us more if we asked. Staff at the front desk were polite. We had no issues and would stay there again without hesitation.

This location is clearly just opened. Some of the fixtures and kitchen equipment were not working. The rooms are newly furnished and comfortable. No bars of soap in the bathroom and only one hand towel and face cloth. No kitchen items for cooking with or dishes, even though there is a kitchen.

Great new place…convenient location to downtown TO
Great new place, only open 2 months so expect a bit of construction and dust. We had a suite…large and roomy. Beds and pillows very comfortable

⁃ Towel rack broken ⁃ Both days, full set of towels not provided ⁃ Toilet paper rolls never put in holder. Just on top of toilet. ⁃ Beds not made ⁃ No “do not disturb” sign provided in room ⁃ Amenities not replaced (coffee) and mounted shampoo bottle in shower could not be opened(confirmed by front desk) ⁃ To correct non replaced items front desk would always tell you to come down to get it versus offering to bring it up to the room ⁃ Lamps not plugged it ⁃ Holes in back of closets

No light bulbs in fixtures, had to find breaker box to turn on stove, nothing at all in kitchen cabinets. Had to call maintenance to get ac to work,room was 77 and although window opened,it smelled like pot smoke outside. Construction debris on floor from drywall. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Housekeeping only onsite 9-1730. Departments dont communicate with each other.
