We stayed for one night here and it was pretty good! The room was clean, the front desk staff is really kind and friendly. They give you a grab & go breakfast bag in the morning which we thought was good and thoughtful. For parking, we ended up going to the underground parking where Freshco is. It was a 5 min walk and there’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was convenient. It was honestly such a good price compared to the other hotels around - very affordable. Would stay again :)

Very small room Very small bathroom. Air conditioner didn't work well and was very, very noisy. There were two small windows up high with misfitted, torn curtains. There was a coffee room beside our room. There was a constant smell of burnt coffee. Was also used as a room for people to chat in in the middle of the night. It was clean but there were alot of scuffs and stains on the walls, floors and in the bathroom. Checkin and early out went very well.

The place itself was nice. Very clean. Room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. If walking from Union Station, the neighbourhood is kind of rough, but did not get bothered by anyone. Makes you much more aware of your surroundings.

1. Room 109 was horrible. We were moved to Room 101, which was much better. 2. Room 101 was clean and tidy but small, tv good, bed comfortable for a one night stay. Shower very hot and good. 3. Some confusion between a continental breakfast and complimentary breakfast. I was not overly impressed with breakfast. However, 24/7 coffee very good. 4. BIGGEST issue, which was out of control of the hotel, was the surrounding area. In the early afternoon there were many drug users and a few ladies of ill repute to put it nicely. I felt a little unsafe walking and my wife and I made sure we were back in the hotel before nightfall

The person’s work Ng st front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. However the bathroom floor and shower floor were not clean. Also, my room being on 3rd (top) floor, the only window I had were tiny squares near ceiling height and they were about 19 inches wide if that. No way I could have escaped through them in case of fire or other emergency. Plus location is in a rough part of town. Not too safe to walk through.

Our stay was great. The employees were very kind, our room was clean and comfortable although we were in town for a concert and weren’t spending much time in the room. The staff was very accommodating when we wanted to check out early but needed to keep our car parked in site.

Good location and staff. But a lot of bugs in room. A lot of homeless people near the hotel. My room was without window and just AC (no ventilation at all) But location is pretty good. Would I stay one more time? I think no.

Disgusting! Dont stay here.

The floors were dirthy throughout the lobby, stairs and room. The bathroom door handle was falling off. Feces on the wall. Air conditioner couldnt be turned on because it had no buttons. No soap to even wash our hands. Shower was disgusting looking. Toulet paper holder was rusted. Plug in was loose and didnt seem safe. Light in the room that wasn't even hooked up but painted blue. Marks, stains, paint and dirt throughout the tiny room.

I booked this property for my colleague and he had a horrible experience. I booked a non-smoking room but the entire room smelt like smokes and the staff did nothing but using the air freshener which didn't help. The building smells like food, the surrounding area was unsafe, the staff was unfriendly. I tried to switch the accommodation and Expedia rep tried to help but the property owner refused a refund. I do not recommend this property.

If all you need is an uncomfortable bed to sleep in and don't mind the rumbling of a tram passing in front of the building, along with a prostitute as your night doorman, this is the place for you. If not, I would recommend spending $50 more to stay in another area of Toronto. The area around the inn is not great. I am from NYC, and I know something about not-great areas :).

Great Price for Toronto

The staff were great, very helpful. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom could do with a mirror. For the price you pay there has to be a downside, there is, the area. Full of homeless / begging and drug taking. I would not go out in the evening walking or walk back to the hotel, take a cab. Although I will say that in the main they do leave you alone and the hotel do not allow them into the premises.
