The room we had did not really look like (as nice as) the pictures. Not well appointed. Hence the 3 stars. Staff were helpful. I guess by Toronto prices, it was fair enough, so I don't really fault the operators -- they are trying. The room was clean, which we appreciated. We were just not so happy with the facilities.

The decor/updates were nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Largest complaint would be the construction noise and that there were pigeons outside our window making a ruckus every morning lol

It;s close to many attractions and downtown, neighborhood can get a bit tricky at night but the hotel is lovely, clean safe. No restaurant, vending machines but lots of great eats nearby. Staff very helpful.
