Large 2bedroom Flat on the Water in the BeachesToronto-Sandy toes & full tummies
Here is the breakdown:
For all inclusive lease with basic furnishing on a 6 month term is $2500; or $2600 fully furnished with extras: linens & flatware.
If you stay longer then 9 months your rate would drop down to $2400 for the basics or $2500 fully furnished.
And again, if you stay past 12 months then the monthly rate would decrease to $2300/mth or $2400 fully furnished with flatware, linens, etc.
Ps. I’ll also draft the lease and get that sent off asap.
