Its a basement but if you feel like giving it to other people to stay for a day or two.. i think people living in basement need some rest at night but all you can hear is screams. Also rooms and beds are very small not as shown in pictures. The main door is transparent there is no privacy not even curtains. So i will prefer other options in future. There is a reason why Vrbo charges cleaning fee but in the basement apartment everywhere you go there are sticky notes to remind you that clean by yourself, i wasn't glad. Thanks
