Charming Century Home in Mid-town Toronto
Our home is a two storey, detached, century house.
We have a large, private backyard in a quiet, residential neighbourhood.
There are two bedrooms, one office/yoga room, one large washroom with shower and bathtub, living room, dining room, kitchen and basement for laundry.
The floors are mostly hardwood and ceramic tile and the house is liberally decorated with art and lively coloured walls.
We live down the street from Artscape Wychwood Barns where there is a weekly Saturday morning Farmer's Market and other family-friendly events that are open to the public. We enjoy a variety of nearby restaurants, shops and cafes. Close access to public green space for walking, running and other outdoor sports/activities. Our neighbourhood is safe and convenient.
Our location is a five minute walk to St. Clair West Subway Station which can take you to the downtown core in 10 - 15 minutes.
We have lived in our home for almost 35 years and our neighbours are very welcoming and helpful to all of our guests. We are a close community and we keep an eye out for each other.
