🧯 Improper kitchen use (leaving dirty dishes, oil stains, food scraps) will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

🛏 Unapproved extra guests will be charged $100 per person per night, and the booking may be canceled.

🚭 Smoking indoors will incur a $300 penalty plus professional odor removal costs.

🔥 Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund and will be reported to Airbnb, affecting future bookings.
