For a hassle-free extended stay, we provide a complimentary weekly wash, dry, and fold service for one standard load of everyday clothing. On your designated morning, text your host when your laundry bag is ready for a quick exterior door handoff, and it will be returned clean and folded by evening! (Please note: To protect your clothes, all items are washed together in a single mixed load on a standard cycle. We do not separate colors or handle delicate/dry-clean-only fabrics).

The Space:
Comfortably furnished with a queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed, large leather sectional couch, and a smart 55" Samsung Frame TV with Netflix. The layout features an abundance of windows with blinds for total privacy. Premium allergen-protective pillow covers and luxury linens are used to ensure you have a great night's sleep.

A good-sized table allows for both comfortable dining and a dedicated workspace. Power through your video calls and streaming with our high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi internet.

Kitchenette::
The kitchenette includes a toaster oven, microwave, compact fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee or hot water. Essentials such as dishes, cutlery, and disposable options are provided. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and filtered water are all included. Perfect for light meals and takeout!

Bathroom:
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in porcelain shower with a built-in bench (no bathtub), comfort-height toilet, vanity sink, built-in shelving, hotel-quality towels, and toiletries.

Maximum Occupancy: This suite strictly accommodates a maximum of 2 registered guests. The base rate covers 1 guest; a standard extra-guest fee applies automatically for a second guest.

Excellent location between Bathurst Street and Yonge Street, close to Major Mackenzie. Within walking distance to transit, restaurants, cafés, and pubs. Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital is just a few minutes away, making this ideal for traveling medical professionals.
