*Newly renovated basement apartment in a detached (old) house
*safe & quiet. convenient for male/female students/bachelor professionals
* 1 specious bedroom , 2 Twin (single), 2 persons + utility space
* Min. 2-night gap between consecutive reservations to ensure adequate cleaning work
* Thoroughly cleaned, disinfected touched surfaces
* 24hr public transit within 4 mnt walk
* High quality-clean linens
* Good (may not be perfect), & safe place to live
-Private access to the building then access to the apartment thru utility room which is private for 90% time (nobody enters without your prior permission)
Some imperfections/inconveniences:
-No sink inside washroom, have to use the sink inside adjacent utility room
- Kitchen sink and and cooktop are not side by side though located in same room
-bifold bedroom door is not very smooth
-bedroom light-switch is not placed at a perfect location

Beautiful, quaint 2 single beds with shower, kitchenette, secure entrance and secure room. Host is very pleasant and friendly and just your comfort to be the best. Highly recommend!!!!
