Hello there, welcome to my listing.

My place is a boutique building only has 3 stories and about 15 units in total which was converted from an old silver factory to a residential building back to the 70s.
It's located in the trendy parkdale / queen west area which is surrounded by cool / hippie restaurants, vintage stores, boutique shopping, artist workshops and coffee shops. Everything essential is all in walking distance and if you like to taste the local communities, this is your area in the city!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom.
