This house was great for two families to spend some time relaxing on the river and enjoying the local towns! The house was very clean and well stocked with river equipment. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more kitchen items. Otherwise, we had everything we needed! The house location on the river was amazing! We spent the weekend fishing and playing outside then the evening around the firepit. If you are staying here, be mindful that the Norris bridge which is the only access to White Stone, Kilmarnick, and Irvington may close for auto collisions. This happened to us and the only option we had was to drive up an hour to Tappahonnock and back down. Our weekend stay was completed with saying good aye to dolphins playing in the river! I would highly recommend this location for any family or friends getaway!

Everything was great, house was everything you could want! Just two suggestions: 1 Add hot dog sticks for fire pit.2 Deck has several lose nails and need to be fixed.

Great Waterfront Escape in VA
My family and I truly loved this beautiful little waterfront cottage/cabin with gorgeous lake views. There were 10 of us including a variety of ages and everyone enjoyed Fishing, eating on the beautiful deck, lounging by the outdoor fire pit/lake, and the property was overall a wonderful experience. We wished we had stayed another day!

Perfect location.
This property is well maintained, very clean and provides quality amenities. Amazing view to wake up to. This property is the last one on the lane and the way it’s situated makes is private and quiet.
