Waterfront cottage with dock, kayaks and gorgeous views! Spectacular place to fish, crab, boat and enjoy family. Sleeps 10 but is a great home for couples too! It has two suites with private screened porches looking over the water. This place has the most beautiful views in the river area. Five bedrooms 3 baths. Ranch level with 2 bedrooms on the main level and 3 bedrooms in the basement with Foosball. Kids love it. Please No loud noises or parties. This is a quiet retreat in a family neighborhood.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfect Place!

This beautiful home was absolutely ideal for our family gathering. Every detail was considered by the host family to make our stay memorable and fun. "The Point" Exceeded our Expectations

"The Point" was extremely well appointed and had all that anyone could need and more. It was clean and neat. The view was very nice. Dave and Lauren, the owners, were good communicators. The place had good DirecTV service and many channels. The wifi was good. Plenty of hot water for our sizeable group. We were very comfortable at "The Point" and recommend it to all.

Lovely spot

This was a very nice house for our group of 7. Plenty of space to spread out. Very clean. This was the most well appointed kitchen that I've ever stayed in. They have everything that you'd need equipment wise including nice coffee station and gas grill.

Awesome spot with tons of room

Place is awesome. Right on the water and tons of room. Our family joined a friends family and there was room to spare even with 10 people. Highly recommend and would stay there again. Owner was very pleasant and responsivene.

Incredible river experience

Lauren was great and answered all our questions quickly. Her home was appointed with wonderful linens, comfortable seating areas inside and out, gat kitchen and with everything we needed. We could have come down empty handed with just our clothes and been just fine. Their beautiful home is on the point over looking the river with incredible sunsets. Lauren is a very thoughtful and a gracious host with a binder full of information…..we are leaving this great place with wonderful memories

Too short of a trip

My family was blessed to be able to stay for a long labor day weekend but wish we could have had more time. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is only a short trip to the grocery store and we enjoyed being able to steam crabs that we caught from the pier. We hope to be able to come stay again.

Fully stocked and beautiful!

Fantastic hosts. Fantastic views. Fantastic house. We use the primary floor for our visit. The views from every room and the lovely outdoor spaces made for a lovely stay. The house is fully stocked with all the cooking gadgets and amenities you may need. We didn’t have any problems navigating the stairs down to the pier, but there are a bunch of them. The hosts we quick to respond, friendly, and on top of things! We would love to be repeat visitors!
