Carísimo y pésima recepción

No tenían idea de la reserva, muy lejos del centro, viejo y excesivamente caro para ser una casa, no es un hotel. Yo pague 2,600 por 3 noches y me dieron jabón rosa Venus y 1 rollo de papel de baño :/

Fue una experiencia desagradable. Falta de atención, compromiso, las personas responsables no dan soluciones. Un servicio muy malo, donde deja en mal lugar al gran pueblo de Valle de Bravo.

No es un hotel para personas de la tercera edad o con niños pequeños...hay que subir muchos escalones y cierran el portón de acceso a las 10:00 pm...como que se estaban preparando para mas huéspedes porque aproximadamente a las 2 de la mañana movían muebles arrastrándolos...no pude dormir

Mala relación del hotel con tecnología.

La dueña del hotel dijo no tener trato con Expedia para la reservación de habitaciones. Fuimos dos familias que llegamos casi al mismo tiempo y que enfrentamos esta dificultad. Por otra parte, el hotel no acepta tarjeta de crédito, sólo efectivo. Esto generó un problema en nuestro presupuesto de viaje.
