Only there 1 night. Nice property. Convenient location to train station, shopping, restaurants and bus to Narita. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was pricey compared to other hotels but it was a full suite with in suite kitchen and laundry not just a hotel room.

Great service & elegance, next to Tokyo Station

We enjoyed the gracious service and elegant surroundings. Breakfast in the lounge was completely wonderful—a relaxing and nutritious way to start each day, in beautiful surroundings. The bed was firm but very comfortable. Having a mini washer/dryer in the room was very helpful. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking a complete meal—self catering would be easy and there’s a convenience store at Lobby level. The bathroom was comfortable and large. Being right next to Tokyo station was convenient especially for getting a taxi back to the hotel or grabbing one out at the taxi stand there. But the best was the staff; so kind, attentive and professional. We would definitely come back,
