Incredible and majestic cottage in Titulcia, such a wonderful village in the southeast of Madrid just 33km far from the capital with a rich History and where the Jarama and Tajuña rivers converge. Titulcia is located just 10km far from the Madrid Parque Warner, 16km far from Chinchón and 22km far from Aranjuez -all of the them amazing attractions of the region-.



It is a totally independent house within a estate where there is another house. Both houses have their own well-fenced and delimited land, sharing only the path that separates them and that leads to the community parking lot.



The house in question consists of, just after getting in, a summer living-dining room, ideal to enjoy it the days during the spring weather and the nights during the summer weather.
