The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore. Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference.

Hotel is very nice, close to the Royal Palace. We had a problem with the room safe (battery had run down) but this was fixed within minutes by a very nice hotel employee. Very impressed by the staff friendly and efficient.

There was a foul smell in the bathroom. To be honest we never mentioned it and it did amelliorate after we showered. Other than that, the place is perfect.

I’ve stayed at NH twice now, both times were a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and most of the staff spoke English, helpful because my Spanish is terrible.
